His extensive career spans both international and domestic roles, including management and ownership of businesses. Ben’s progression through every level of the industry—from humble beginnings to ownership—has equipped him with a deep understanding of hotel and motel operations, guest experience, and overarching business strategies.

Alongside his corporate career, Ben, with his wife Regina, has owned and managed award-winning motels in Queensland and New South Wales. This direct ownership experience has given him practical knowledge of what drives the success of accommodation businesses, allowing him to offer clients realistic and effective advice when buying or selling properties.

Before joining the commercial real estate industry, Ben spent 12 years serving in the Australian Defence Force (Navy) as an Aerospace Mechanical Engineer. He has also shared his knowledge by teaching Hospitality Business Management at the Queensland Southbank Institute of Hospitality and Technology, demonstrating a commitment to mentoring and the ongoing development of others in the industry.
